Rules and Regulations for the Loan of CD-ROM's

To ensure that everyone has a chance to make use of the CD-ROM's, please comply with the following rules governing the loan of the CD-ROM's.

1. Only Doctors of SJMC, Active or Courtesy, are eligible to borrow the CD-ROM's.
2. When borrowing the disk, please fill-up and sign the loan sheet that is kept by the Medical Staff Secretary.
3. Doctors may borrow the Installers for up to 3 days (including weekends and holidays). If the CD-ROM is due to be returned on a Sunday or Public Holiday, please return them on the next working day.
4. Please return the disks before you go away on leave.
5. If you need the disk for more than 3 days, please check with the Medical Staff Secretary that no one else has booked the disk You can only extend the loan on the day the disk is due (or on the next working day). Extensions of up to 3 days at a time are allowed.
