The software products and any related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the software products remains with you.
In no event shall I or the hospital be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use these products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
I will not be providing any support to users for any of the included software.
However, I can tell you that I have scanned the software with Norton Anti-Virus which was updated on 29 September 2001 and no viruses were found.
In the case of shareware, users are personally responsible to comply with the licensing requirements of the software author.
Many of the freeware are sponsored by advertisers. If I am aware that a particular software is advertising supported, I have indicated this in the relevant column. Unfortunately I am sure that there are some adware supported programs which have escaped my attention.
Please note also that in some cases, uninstalling the primary software may leave the adware/spyware still active in your computer. So beware! You can use Ad-aware to try to remove these programs if you so desire.
Please read the Privacy Policies and End-User Licensing Agreements (EULA's) and if you do not agree with them, do not install the program.
