Accounts for Windows 2000 and Windows XP Computers

On each of these computers, a Guest account will be made available. You may get the password from Norlida, our Medical Staff Secretary. If you are interested in having your own account for any of these computers, please give me, Kok Wah, your full name and preferred password as soon as possible.

1. Passwords must be at least 6 characters long and must not be made up of words (in any language) or names.
2. The same password will be used on all of the applicable computers.
3. Those who prefer me to provide them with a password can simply pass their names to me without including a password.
4. Please indicate,

   A "zero" by drawing a slash through it, "",

   A "one" by writing it with a small serif at the top of the stroke, "1", and

   Lower case "L" by writing it in a single stroke, "l".
   
    

5. You may place them in my pigeon hole, or pass them directly to me. Passwords placed in my pigeon hole must be in a sealed envelope.
6. Please write clearly.
